If you suffer from Lower Back Pain or Neck and Shoulder Pain, then this class is for you. In blocks of 6 weeks, we will use gentle yoga stretching and strengthening techniques and movement to improve your posture and address the root causes of back and neck pain. Each week you will also be given exercises to do at home in order to build on the work we will be doing in the classes.
