If you suffer from Lower Back Pain or Neck and Shoulder Pain, then this class is for you. In blocks of 6 weeks, we will use gentle yoga stretching and strengthening techniques and movement to improve your posture and address the root causes of back and neck pain.
Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus (Covid-19), I have temporarily moved my Back Care Yoga Class to online teaching. Classes are broadcast live on Mondays at:
4.30pm, 6pm and 7.15pm but can be accessed or replayed at any time for 6 days after the live broadcast.
Classes are free to all Key Workers and Concessions, or by a suggested donation of £10 per month to those currently in employment.
