In this workshop, we will be covering the main causes of neck and shoulder tension. You will learn how to use mindfulness techniques to allow you to sense the start of tension and how to prevent pain through early intervention.
Using a combination of gentle yoga, stretching and strengthening exercises, you will learn how to reduce and actively manage neck and shoulder tension and any associated pain. We will also explore a number of relaxation exercises to rebalance your mind and body and make you more resilient to developing tension in the future.
