If you're struggling with exercise and fitness then you've come to the right place. Our bodies have evolved to move rather than to exercise. At Movement Alchemy, I believe in transforming your way of thinking about exercise. If you want to be fit for living and fit for life and to have a lifelong practice of keeping your body healthy, then keeping fit needs to be fun, enjoyable and doable. So stop thinking about exercising and start thinking about moving. I have a range of classes and regular workshops on offer. I use holistic movement practices that are designed to move the body and calm the mind. All classes and workshops are suitable for all levels of fitness although some are more energetic than others. I also co-run a number of different retreats if you want to kickstart or deepen your movement practice or if you just need time out to chill.
I specialise in slow, gentle and restorative yoga designed for those who are beginners, for those who are predominantly desk-bound or for anyone feeling generally stiff or suffering from long-term or chronic musculo-skeletal pain.
Due to the current Coronavirus I have moved my Back Care Yoga Classes to online teaching.
